Does Tau Omicron engage in projects for the Davidson community? 

 

Tau Omicron engages in various community programs for both college and the town from the 2nd Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina to Access 2 Success. Love for all mankind is at the forefront of all Alpha Phi Alpha business.

How many members are apart of this organization here at Davidson College?

 

There are currently 12 brothers of the Tau Omicron Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.

What other NPHC organizations are on Davidson College's campus?



There are 3 other National Pan-Hellenic Council organizations on Davidson's campus:   Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. ( Pi Mu Chapter) , Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. (Upsilon Mu Chapter),  Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. (Sigma Psi Chapter).

Does your fraternity have a hazing policy?

Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. has a strict anti-hazing policy which bans all chapters from hazing in any and all forms. Alpha Phi Alpha takes the lives and well being of all members and affiliates seriously. Any type of hazing can and will be punishable by law.

Does Tau Omicron only accept black students?



Tau Omicron has had a vast history of accepting students of all races. Since our fraternity's racial integration in 1945, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. accepts male students of all colors and ethnicities.
